ORDER PLACEMENT AND PAYMENT POLICY
You can conveniently order free samples online through the “Get free sample box” section on the website. Once we receive your request, we will contact you directly via email or phone to confirm the order.
To place a product order, please reach out to us using the contact details provided. Payments are made via bank transfer. All prices listed and sent in our price lists are in euros, excluding VAT.

ORDER DELIVERY
We deliver orders throughout Europe. Delivery is scheduled in agreement with the customer and depends on the order size and production time. Delivery costs vary based on the order volume and destination.
Sample boxes are shipped free of charge via parcel locker or delivered by a member of our team to the address you provide.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
All of our wood products are made to order, and therefore, they are not eligible for return or exchange unless the item is defective.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or poor-quality product, we will:
Cover all return shipping costs.
Commit to producing and sending a replacement item as soon as possible.
Important: To report a defective item, please contact us at info@madeinforest.eu within 10 business days of receiving the product and provide the following:
Your order number or proof of purchase (invoice).
Photos clearly showing the defect.
WARRANTY
All our charred wood products come with a quality guarantee — a commitment to replace any defective item free of charge. The warranty does not apply if the product has been damaged due to improper installation, maintenance, or storage conditions.
